We offer a 4 or 8 weekly cleaning schedule for our residential customers. We are unable to provide one-off cleans.
The price we quote to you is for the cleaning of your windows and the washing of your frames and sills at the frequency requested. Should you decide to adjust your cleaning frequency from 4 to 8 weekly or vice versa, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
For our window cleaning service, GoCardless Direct Debit is our preferred method, as this keeps our costs and administration time down to a minimum – allowing us to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. We can still accept cash payments on the day if you are at home, and we do also accept BACs payments (bank transfers) as an alternative. BACs payments should be made within 3 working days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cheque.
We will send a text message the evening before your clean is due to remind you that we will be coming, so that you know when access to the rear of your property will be required. If we are unable to access the rear of your property safely, we reserve the right to charge the full amount unless a front-only clean has been pre-arranged.
Cancelling a clean
We love to provide a reliable service to our customers and as such, we do not overbook. We appreciate that sometimes things come up and emergencies happen – if you do need to cancel your clean for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 48 hours before your clean is due). If you’re going to be away on holiday when your clean is due and are unable to leave the gate unlocked, we can provide a front-only clean at a reduced price (usually 75%), so long as we are aware of this before beforehand. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will charge the full amount for cleans cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or where we are unable to access the rear windows and doors and a front-only clean hasn’t been arranged before we arrive.
We aim to provide the best service possible but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your clean, please call us within 48 hours and we will pop back and re-clean your windows for free.
Cancelling your regular service

We do not offer a one-off window cleaning service, and as such we require a minimum of 3 cleans before your service is cancelled. We do not usually charge extra for first cleans unless they are exceptionally dirty, even though first cleans tend to take much longer to complete. Therefore if our service is cancelled after the first or second clean, we reserve the right to charge for 3 full cleans at the point of cancellation.
We use a waterfed pole system with 100% pure de-ionised water, which we produce at our base. We transport this water safely in a tank inside our van and, once we arrive at your property, this water is pumped through a hose and a telescopic pole. A brush at the end of the pole is used to scrub the dirt from your windows. The window is given a final rinse and is left to dry naturally. Once all the water has evaporated, the window will be left clean.
We can use this method to clean up to 30ft, however we cannot remove uPVC staining, paint, plaster, concrete or anything stuck onto the window, the frame or sill.
We can only clean windows where there is a clear line of sight, some recesses or angles cannot be cleaned.
